Lodge Reset

Lodge Reset is a short stay programme designed to support students that are struggling within a mainstream setting and potentially heading towards permanent exclusion. Students typically spend around 8 weeks in the Lodge before they begin reintegration back into their home school, or possibly undertake a managed move to a different school. Students are usually educated solely at the Lodge but remain dual registered with their home school.

Time At The Lodge

Within their time at the Lodge, we seek to give students a positive educational experience with the time to examine the reasons why they are struggling at school.

Lodge staff baseline student’s progress within core curriculum subjects and devise a programme of study designed to enable them to continue with their studies in English and maths.

Alongside curriculum lessons students undertake a programme of pastoral sessions and enrichment activities which is individually designed based upon initial assessments.
